Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Soluxe Media's services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services
Soluxe Media provides Google Ads account rental and management services. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Rental of high-trust Google Ads accounts for advertising purposes
- Full account management and campaign optimization
- Agency and reseller plans for media buyers and marketing agencies
- Ongoing support and performance reporting
All services are provided on a subscription or agreement basis as outlined in your service agreement with Soluxe Media.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
- Your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
3. Account Usage & Acceptable Use
When using a Soluxe Media rented account, you agree to the following:
- You will comply with all Google Ads policies and guidelines at all times
- You will not run advertisements for prohibited products or services as defined by Google Ads policies
- You will not attempt to transfer, sublease, or share account access with unauthorized third parties
- You will not engage in click fraud, invalid traffic, or any other activity that violates advertising platform policies
- You are solely responsible for the content of your advertisements and landing pages
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment terms are as follows:
- All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with prior notice
- Refunds are not provided for services already rendered or accounts already activated
- In the event of account suspension due to policy violations caused by the client, no refund will be issued
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Soluxe Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to rented accounts under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Google Ads policies attributable to your campaigns
- Non-payment or late payment of fees
- Breach of any term in this agreement
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
In cases of suspension due to reasons outside the client's control, Soluxe Media will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement account.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soluxe Media shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
- Loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from account suspension by Google
- Interruptions to service caused by third-party platforms including Google Ads
- Any damages exceeding the total fees paid by you in the 30 days prior to the claim
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes account credentials, pricing structures, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Soluxe Media website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Soluxe Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
10. Changes to These Terms
Soluxe Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
